On November 17 and 19, Christopher Maltman joins the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra as the baritone soloist in Brahms’ German Requiem under the baton of the orchestra’s music director, Andreas Deifs.
The program begins with the world premiere of Derrek Skye’s A Rage of Peace which was commissioned and designed as a companion to Brahms’ monumental Requiem. Taking place in the Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, these touching performances will also feature soprano Jasmine Habersham and the Eastman-Rochester Chorus.
