Christopher Maltman returns to the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona this month, performing his signature role of Don Giovanni in Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Featuring a thrilling production by Christof Loy, Joseph Pons will conduct a cast of international singers, and the Symphony Orchestra and Chorus of the Liceu Opera Barcelona.

Performances will take place on October 24, 26, 28, 31, and November 2, 5 & 8. Christopher Maltman sings the title role, with Adam Palka as Il Commendatore, Miah Persson as Donna Anna, Ben Bliss as Don Ottavio, Véronique Gens as Donna Elvira, Luca Pisaroni as Leporello, Josep-Ramon Olivé as Masetto, and Leonor Bonilla as Zerlina.

From November 8 through November 15, the Gran Teatre del Liceu will broadcast Christof Loy’s production of Don Giovanni on the company’s website.
